DUTY MANAGER (Night Shift)

Our client is just about to open a small luxury Spa Boutique Resort in the U.A.E. The resort will be unlike anything that has been seen there before as our client opens an emerging portfolio of imaginative luxury retreats around the world. The company aims to satisfy the increasing demand for unique luxury holiday experiences and to cater for a niche at the luxury end of the holiday market.

With Resort & Spa's set in desirable locations, they offer their guests a retreat of relaxing and euphoric activities. Each resort is different allowing guests to distinguish the properties by the unique experience that each one offers, rather than purely on their star rating. Each resort offers a unique fine dining experience, where local delicacies are complimented with Asian and contemporary cuisines to enlighten their taste buds and offer something completely different and inspiring.

Located in Dubai , the property has four polo fields, riding school, and stabling facilities for over 300 horses set within vast, beautifully groomed gardens, landscaping and water features. Accommodation in this boutique retreat will be 24 rooms and villas, consisting of thirteen beautifully appointed Polo Rooms with views over the main polo fields and estate grounds

The hotel will offer the feeling of an exclusive retreat with the ambience of residing in a private home or estate. In addition to the resort experience, the hotel will showcase Dubai as a key destination in the world of international Polo hosting key tournaments such as the Cartier Polo Cup.

Our client is looking for an innovative, pro - active Duty Manager (Night Shift), who will be responsible for the activities of the resort during the night shift.

Playing a pivotal role, the Duty Manager will ensure that the resort is established as a market leader in terms of contemporary design, luxury, exceptional cuisine, service, and innovative events. Working predominantly with the Rooms Division department with good experience & insight into Food and Beverage operations.

You must be the following:

- Talented and focussed professional who can make a difference

- Established record in delivering Rooms Division

- Ideally have experience in Food and Beverage

- Demonstrated skills in innovation and strategy development

- Highly effective skills in communication and relationship building

- The ability to track competitor trends and conduct market analysis

- You will have energy, determination, passion, skills, creativity and experience to drive the resort to the highest level of success.

The package:

Tax Free Salary, medical insurance, flight ticket to passport country once a year, shared accommodation (twin room) on the estate with one other member of the junior management team, all meals and uniform provided, 4 weeks holiday p.a., minimum 2 year contract.
