FINANCE DIRECTOR

PARIS/DUBAI - SALARY NEGOTIABLE

Our client is a fantastic International French chain of exquisite Restaurant and Pastry shops across Europe and the Middle East to accompany the chain, serving their luxurious brand. The restaurant group is developing a fine dining Michelin star restaurant brand in the Middle East and are also creating their own brand of fine dining restaurants & exquisite pastry shops.

The appointed person will play a pivotal role in the groups development and will ensure that our client continues as a market leader in an increasingly competitive field.

Based in Paris , with expected business trips to Dubai , our client is seeking to hire an experienced Finance Director to help manage and oversee their Finance Department.

Our client needs a Finance Director to direct this group; the aim is to be ready for IPO in three years, so we need somebody with flair strong analytical skills but not necessarily the experience in F&B.

This position is responsible for the following:

• Financial guidance for Strategic planning, Budget and Goals program.
• Maximizes Cash-flow
• Investment opportunities & expansion plans.
• To ensure the Objectives achieved by Management Information System are met.
• To enforce, document and establish adequate controls for all revenues and expenses.
• Financial and Operating reports, analyses, interpretations and projections.
• Identify Accounting Staff with potential for promotion

The successful candidate must be educated to a minimum of BSC/CA graduate. Must be fluent in English and Arabic and French would be a big advantage. The salary package is according to experience but include all normal expat packages. We will be more likely looking for someone that already in the UAE region.

Highly effective skills in communication and relationship building. The ability to track competitor trends and conduct Operations analysis and you will have energy, drive and determination. Preferably, the ideal candidate will already have UAE experience in Finance and a Restaurants or Food and Beverage background would be very beneficial.

With at least 8 to 10 years experience in a similar role, the candidate must be financially minded, a very strong communicator and also very well organised.

The candidate will be requested to do monthly reports in person to the board of directors of Group, In return, the candidate will get a very competitive salary, with expat benefits. An all inclusive package is available.
