Our client is seeking to recruit an On Site Reservations Manager for this luxury boutique property in Southern Ireland .
This candidate will be building a team to operate a department that will probably be the first point of contact between guest and the property. The candidate will be expected to have a solid background in sales & reservations, with a very proactive role in their department. The candidate will be an excellent communicator ideally with language skills and flawless fluency in written and spoken English. Computer literate and proficient in accounts management/events management systems, the candidate would preferably have experience in Fidelio / GEM.
With strong commercial acumen the successful applicant would have held similar managerial posts in hospitality sales as the group is looking to expand into similar properties through out Europe . The role needs someone who is very familiar with the requirements of this department and be able to recruit, select, organise, train and motivate a team to provide the highest standard of service.
The role is live out, and you are either an EEC national, have been given leave to work in Ireland , and/or ideally already based in Ireland .
