IRELAND - SALARY NEGOTIABLE

A luxurious 5-Star+ property in a beautifully restored 12th century Grand Manor House will be serving today's top-tier travellers and setting new standards in the hospitality industry. The operation promises the unique benefits of the finest boutique hotels, including superb architecture, classical interior design, privacy, individualised service and attention to detail with the amenities one would come to expect from one the world's great luxury hotels and resorts. Currently undergoing complete restoration and extension, the property will provide spacious, luxury suites. Not a comfort has been left unattended and amenities will include a spa, indoor pool and a Ron Kirby-designed links-style golf course.

We are looking for an executive chef for this premium deluxe 5* boutique operation to implement innovative menus to the extremely high standards appealing to an international clientele with the highest expectations. The position will require you to cover a variety of food and beverage outlets on the property as well as 24 hour room service.

The chef must be able to recruit, select, and train his brigade as well as, inspire, lead, motivate and set the standards for the kitchen. The executive chef might ideally be available now and be someone who can concentrate on innovation, standards, and hygiene standards.

Responsible for food costs, you will be able to roster according to business needs, and your costs will be in line with revenues. We are looking for a chef who can develop restaurant concepts to Michelin standards and attract non residence to the property as destination restaurants.

With other hotels planned in the development phase, we are seeking an ambitious chef who will grow with the hotel and be some one who can develop his team to their full potential.

The role is live out, and you are either an EEC national, have been given leave to work in Ireland , and/or ideally already based in Ireland .

Salary is negotiable, and will be competitive for the position.
