FRONT OF HOUSE MANAGER

A luxurious 5-Star+ property in a beautifully restored 12th century Grand Manor House will be serving today's top-tier travellers and setting new standards in the hospitality industry. The operation promises the unique benefits of the finest boutique hotels, including superb architecture, classical interior design, privacy, individualised service and attention to detail with the amenities one would come to expect from one the world's great luxury hotels and resorts. Currently undergoing complete restoration and extension, the property will provide spacious, luxury suites. Not a comfort has been left unattended and amenities will include a spa, indoor pool and a Ron Kirby-designed links-style golf course.

Our client is seeking to recruit a Front of House Manager for this luxury boutique property in Southern Ireland .

We are looking for candidates with a “hands on” approach who like to lead from the front and who will inspire, motivate and develop their team. With exceptional standards of service, you will be required to train your team to provide the level of service and standards required of a world class operation. Ideally from a background in similar operations, you will be financially aware with good business acumen and at the very least held similar positions previously.

Previous experience in Front Office management in luxury 5* operations will be an advantage.

The role is live out, and you are either an EEC national, have been given leave to work in Ireland , and/or ideally already based in Ireland .

Salary is negotiable, and will be competitive for the position.
