EXECUTIVE CHEF

MALDIVES - $36k to $42k depending on experience

Our client is a young expanding dynamic Boutique Resort group offering luxury retreats: spas and residences. Situated on a pristine island resort offering a small number of villas fusing contemporary design with traditional Maldivian style.

The Executive Chef will oversee and direct all aspects of Kitchen development and strategic planning – to ensure delivers world class cuisine to our guests. To oversee and direct all aspects of the kitchen operations. Achieving an excellent standard of food quality and food presentation as well as managing the food costs in accordance with resort guidelines with regards to both quality and style of cuisine. To manage all aspects of the kitchen including purchasing, staffing, menu design and presentation.

The ideal candidate would have worked in the luxury Hotels and have wide range of food knowledge. You will possess a strong and established track record in developing and shaping complex long term relationship with team members to deliver impressive service to our guest.

•  Had previous 5 star luxury resort leadership kitchen experience
•  Plan and create innovative menus to provide with an unsurpassable dinning experience.
•  Highly effective skills in communication and relationship building
•  Able to work in remote areas and achieve world class standards
•  The ability to track competitor trends and conduct Food product analysis
•  You will have energy, drive and determination

Ideally the candidate we seek would have worked in the luxury Hotels and Appropriate qualification(s) and significant experience within the hospitality and / or Resort environment. Strong customer focus and people skills combined with a solid all round understanding of luxury resort operations.

You will possess a strong and established track record in developing and shaping complex long term relationship with team members to deliver impressive service to our guest.
