Our client in the Middle East is reponsible for Two major resorts in Riyahd and Jeddeh , Saudi Arabia .

Ideally, we are seeking candidates who can put the quality, class and attention to detail back into the Operation and present a world class image to some very high profile clientel. This person must be able to stamp their style, skill and authority onto the operations, overseeing two resorts with ballrooms for 500 each and one outside conference centre hosting over 3000, with outside catering, private meeting rooms, private dining rooms, entertaining rooms.

The ideal candidate will oversee a fantastic operation, quality led and will have quality conference operations Managers and service managers reporting into him who he must direct and manage to ensure that each function is fantastically successful. A Sales team is employed, however, the conventions manager is responsible for overseeing the sales and must work with this team to ensuire that the right message and right sales are pushed. Promoted and maximised. It is thought that this position will need to advise on sales leads and help develop business with inniatives.

Although for the first 4-5 months, it would be expected that right manager need to be hands on, they will need to watch everything and will need to mentor the team on guests expectations to implement standards . Howver, once this is achieved, they will have a great life in Saudi Arabia and will probably have a good life with many evenings to enjoy the expat lifestyle. Not completely hands on, the conventions Director will probably directly oversea the embassey functions, meeting the candidate we seek must be able to oversee the entire operation and participate in every major event.

We therefore seek a C&B Executive leader who has fantastic management and people skills, who will work well with and communicate with Guests, VIP celebrities, senior management and colleagues of all cultures and nationalities alike to an ultra 5 star standard.

The two hotels in question have separately led F&B operations and so this C&B position reports directly into the Hotel Manager. The professional we are seeking will be well versed & experienced in a similar position, with a similar sized team in a similar five star property and will have an excellent track record and references.

We are presently seeking a sophisticated, charismatic C&B Executive to oversee C&B operations and Sales. The desired candidate will be able to concentrate on operational standards and will be someone who will work cohesively with a large operations team and an highly effective C&B Sales team to maximise sales, profitability and all operational costs and margins.
