We seek an up and coming star with a mature attitude and some experience outside their home country.

One of the Caribbean's outstanding boutique properties seeks a skilled and gifted Food and Beverage Manager who can provide excellent leadership, effective communication skills, training and who is practical, charismatic, hands on, but strong in Management & F&B controls Sales

Our clients resort has 77 rooms equipped with all the most modern facilities, with additional villas on site offering additional separate privacy, luxury, a private pool and unrivalled sea views, Fine dining at Estate House or outdoor dining with an additional stand alone restaurant just been added to the Hotels portfolio. The resort also has two bars for you to choose from.

The resort offers upmarket all inclusive options, and hosts the most idyllic setting for honeymoons, anniversaries and weddings, set in 14 acres of gardens filled with palm trees, bougainvillaea, hibiscus and exotic plants, descending onto two pure white beaches. This beautiful hotel provides a haven of tranquillity for its guests paying over a thousand dollars a night.

Ideally you must have a background in International Boutique properties or ideally, award winning restaurants. We see this candidate coming from a background in European or Australia , South African award winning restaurants

Key skills / experience:

• Producer of consistently quality service, strong leadership and man management skills, Innovative, resourceful and adaptable, flexible, previously similar location a benefit, languages, excellent management skills, strong coaching & concealing skills, strong team player, excellent training & communication skills, very high standards, excellent administration skills, excellent guest relations skills & customer care

Career path to date:

• Candidates should have an excellent track record in the hotel industry with preference to a mix of quality stand-alone restaurant operations preferably to the standard of five star rating.
• They should show excellent career path movement and participated in appropriate training and development courses. Experience is similar locations is desired
• Experience in side Europe very desirable and preferably Caribbean or Indian Ocean
• Experience matching food and wine would be a great asset as well.
• Marital Status: Preference to single but not obligatory Age: 25- 45 years range
• Candidates that could be available quickly with Caribbean experience.

• The right candidate is going to be someone not looking a huge salary, they realize they are building a career rather than securing a bank balance, they realize that the experience gained at this property will help secure their next position by adding a fantastic name to their CV, and their career a boost. Meals – Whilst on duty. Package US$45 K, housing allowance, flights, medical etc.
