We are presently seeking an outstanding Food and Beverage Manager, Single, who has a great track record, ideally in small luxury resorts.

Experience in opening new boutique style hotels would be beneficial; however your core experience must be involved with the exceptional management of people to five star standards.

Our resort is one of the leading “Small Luxury Hotels of the World” properties in the world today and your experience include the management of a large team where you are able to maintain & motivate your team to the highest standards of service

Strong training skills and good business skills would be beneficial.

This resort is on one of the Maldivian private islands with over 100 luxuriously appointed villas and suites boasting five F&B operations and superb recreational facilities including spa and extensive water sports.

The ideal candidate will have a great eye for detail and a passion for high quality hotel keeping as well as a highly visible approach to the running of the property

Future prospect for advancement exist within this resort group for those who are pro-active, committed, industrious and target orientated.  This property is located in remote locations and we would prefer single candidates
