ASSISTANT RESERVATIONS CO-ORDINATORS

Our client is presently regarded as one of the worlds premier luxury Resorts in the world and presently they have vacancies for two world class assistant reservation co-ordinators.

The company aims to satisfy the increasing demand for unique luxury holiday experiences and to cater for a niche at the luxury end of the holiday market.

With a collection of world class resorts, set in desirable locations they offer their guests a retreat of relaxing and euphoric activities. Each resort offers a different experience allowing guests to distinguish the properties by the unique style that each one offers, rather than purely on their star rating. Each resort offers a unique fine dining experience, where local delicacies are complimented with Asian and contemporary cuisines to enlighten their taste buds and offer something completely different and inspiring.

Our client is looking for an innovative, proactive Sales & Reservations co-ordinators who can help maximise room yield and be responsible for helping to INCREASE the hotel occupancy and related sales activities of each resort, both locally and internationally, as well as helping to oversee the daily reservations operations on-site to ensure that contact with the resort is personalized, efficient, and supremely informative.

Each reservations co-ordinator will ensure that the resort maintains itself as a market leader in terms of contemporary design, luxury, exceptional cuisine, service, and innovative events.

This position will also work closely with marketing and front office and will be involved in advertising and promotional efforts to ensure consistency. It is essential that you exhibit highly developed strategic thinking and innovation, as well as the ability to build solid relationships.

The package:
Tax Free Salary, medical insurance, flight ticket to passport country once a year, single accommodation on the estate, all meals, uniform, 4 weeks holiday p.a., minimum 2 year contract.

Also, you will earn a service charge on top of your standard salary, as well as monthly bonuses and there are plenty of selling incentives to help earn extra money.
