We are recruiting a Chief Engineer for one our clients who are openin a new property We will need to this vacancy filled by latest, early April. The beach front resort, part of the mega Jumeirah Beach Resort complex.The property is located in the vicinity of the Internet City and the Media City . The Convention Centre, the Financial City and the city centre of Dubai are just 15 minutes away whilst the airport is 20 minutes away.

Experience/skills

• Minimum of 7 years hotel related experience, 2 of which must have been as a Chief Engineer
• Must have pre-opening experience (or very large renovation)
• Must have "can do" attitude
• Must have good administrative skills
• Should be able to handle projects
• Should be able to handle pressure/stress

Responsibility

• Will be responsible for all technical services in the hotel, leading a team of 20
• Will manage the construction from the owners side protecting the owners interests
• Will carry out snagging of the property during hand over to the owner
• Reports to the General Manager

Salary & Benefits

• AED 12,000 / month ( $3267.20 or $ 40K tax free a year)
• Accommodation provided (1 to 2 bedroom depending on family)
• Annual economy class ticket to PoH

• Annual bonus as per company policy
