SALES AND MARKETING AND RESERVATIONS MANAGER

BOUTIQUE RESORT - BRITISH WEST INDIES package $71K USD

We are seeking an exceptional, likeminded candidate for the role of Sales, Marketing & Reservations Manager, Reporting into the MD, you main role be :-

•  Responsible for the achievement of our revenue targets

•  Responsible for the sales activities of the resort, both locally and internationally.

•  Develop business & oversee all sales efforts including, revenue management, tour operator & travel agent accounts, partnerships with industry organizations, businesses & consumer groups and focus on repeat guest recognition programmes & weddings.

•  To oversee daily reservations operations on-site to ensure that contact with the resort is personalized, efficient and supremely informative.

Your role will be to ensure this Resort maintains its position as the Caribbean 's Leading Boutique Hotel, whilst developing existing & new markets to secure continued growth.

An established five star resort background should reflect your extensive experience in resort sales, with a proven track record in revenue management & developing successful relationships key luxury tour operators, businesses and other industry associations and success in establishing guest recognition programmes.

•  Highly effective skills in communication and relationship building

•  The ability to track competitor trends and conduct market analysis

•  Possessing energy, determination, passion, skills, creativity and experience to drive the resort to the highest level of success.

On offer is a Tax Free Salary, good monthly service charge contribution, meals on duty, contract start/finish flight ticket to passport country and an accommodation allowance, 26 days leave per annum, 2-year contract

Package consists of 40K net, 10K accommodation allowance, approx 8K service charge, 13K commission on sales, which could rise to 20K depending on performance
