TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

DUBAI - UPTO £36K (Depending on experience), PLUS BENEFITS

Our client is an outstanding 5 star International HOTEL Resort group that are based in Dubai, whom are currently seeking a professional and experienced Training and Development Manager to lead their training department and reporting to the Director of Training and Development.

Based in their offices in Dubai , you will develop and facilitate professional training courses for all aspects of the service industry for internal and external clients. Therefore, travelling within the UAE and overseas may be required at times.

You will lead a team of training consultants that you must ensure are fully trained and able to deliver the training to the relevant customer. Evaluating and assessing the consultants/trainers performances and providing feedback on methods of improvement.

You will be expected to design, conduct and evaluate Training Needs Analysis for companies that request a customised training programme. But also design, deliver and facilitate effective training for frontline staff, to senior management on a range of subjects, ensuring that such training will improve work related skills.

You must have a minimum of 3 years experience in the Training Field and/or experience in Formal Education. Also, having worked in Hospitality HR or Training Department and having experience in creating Training documentation.

You must be fluent in English and computer literate, PowerPoint is essential and presentation skills are also a must as well as very effective communication skills.

Working Hours

As per UAE labour law, nine hours per day or 48 hours per week plus an hour break per day. (Refer individual contract)
