His earlier career includes the Dorchester Hotel, London , St Andrews Old Course Hotel, Grace Bay Club, Conran Restaurants and three years working as King Hussein's Household Manager in Amman and Aqaba.

He has also worked with Hilton International Abu Dhabi, Rosewood Hotels in Riyadh, Jerudong Park House in Brunei, Hyatt Regency in Dubai, Sheraton hotels in Muscat in positions ranging from Vice President of Human Resources to Director of Personnel, Recruitment and Training. Jeremy has worked with Crowne Plaza, Hilton International and Thistle Hotels in the UK.
Covering 35 years, he has covered all aspects of Human Resources and additionally worked in Rooms and Beverage. Jeremy's special interests are in Resourcing, Compensation & Benefits , Appraisals, Resources Management, Team Building and Training & Development.   In property and project management Jeremy has been involved with Manpower Planning, Letters of Intent, Memorandums of Understanding, and Franchise Agreements plus space utilisation.

Stephen moved into specialist Food & Beverage recruitment before joining Global Search International with a much wider scope looking at all roles.

She worked at some exceptional properties including the Hilton on Park Lane, Anoushka Hempel's Blakes Hotel, the White House in Regents Park and the famous Grand Hotel in Brighton.
More recently, Sue has been a University lecturer in Hospitality before moving to Brisbane, Australia where she has continued lecturing.
