A consultant familiar with the position and geographical area will :-

1. Look for candidates who will make a difference to your organisation.
   
2. Look for a great track record
   
3. Will conduct reference searches
   
4. Will interview were possible in person.
   
5. Will identify a true picture of a candidates skills and experience.
   
6. Wil put together a realistic criteria and a brief for each position we undertake.
   
7. Will conduct a full exhaustive search included any advertising campaign
   
8. Will ensure only the best candidates are shortlisted
   
9. Will interviewed, pre-screened and present the top five candidates.
   
10. Will only submit candidates once we are convinced of their suitability.
    
11. Will assist in joint interview selection panels along side the client.
