Staff are normally are paid hourly and are paid overtime at time and a half.
Normally, junior staff have their flights paid for.
They sign a fixed term contract.
They are accommodated, uniformed and have meals on duty.

are normally fixed at 10% of their annual projected salary or your welcome to agree a minimum rate depending on the volume required.
