BUTLER TRAINER / RESTAURANT MANAGER, BRITISH WEST INDIES

Our client is seeking to introduce a luxurious butler service in this award winning, 27 Suite boutique resort, based in the British West Indies . We have a single position which has come and we now seek a strong Restaurant manager, who has a great understanding of Hotel Butler Services as well as a great knowledge of wines.

The candidate would have worked in similar resort style 5* small luxury properties, someone who is great with people, strong with training and development and someone who can operate the property and report into a Resident Manager. Butler service will eventually be introduced to 27 suites with 2-3 rooms each, whilst a large Food & beverage emphasis, cottages terrace, breakfast and lunch, pool Bar, beach service, rooms service, sorbets by the pool or on the beach / afternoon teas in the club house

This award winning innovative property - ensures every guest is a VIP and that every only the ultimate service is offered. This candidate will report directly into the AGM but must develop standards, training and butler service, whilst being part of the management team covering DM shifts allowing this candidate to develop within this progressive quality resort.

The ideal candidate will have excellent Butler skills, impeccable training skills and also experience as Restaurant Manager or F&B management, they must also have good wine knowledge. The resort has won recent Travel Awards and is one of the Caribbean 's Leading Boutique resorts voted one of the Worlds Best Places to Stay.

We understand that the budget is restrictive, but I am sure the right person will see this as an amazing opportunity. Due to work permit restrictions, we will require someone with "great" training abilities as this will be paramount to the work permit being granted. We require a Strong quality operations / Restaurant Manager with good skills as a Butler and some who can train our staff to be butlers.

Without putting "definite" numbers on things, as many are dependant on business, this is what my current supervisor is earning:

Salary: $1700.00 per month, Av Service Charge $650.00 per month, Av Tips (only on checks): $1100.00 per month, Cash Tips will be up to you. All figures are US dollars tax free, so as you can see; it is well over $3000.00 US per month. As one of the primary roles would be in the Restaurant, there would also be the ability to earn considerable cash tips that would add up and an incentive bonus scheme based on factors such as training, revenues, profit etc, etc. could be introduced. The position is with NO ACCOMMODATION although my client will help find appropriate accommodation. average costs $550 per month with expenses of to $300.00 which cash tips should cover! Meals on duty and 50% of the work permit expenses.

Housekeeper for our Family in Saudi Arabia.We seek an outstanding  housekeeper to work for this lovely family in Saudi Arabia, for these large houses between Riyadh and Jeddah.

They want someone to help get the house/staff etc running smoothly...keep an eye on things, detail to attention in the house/schedule staff rotas / drivers / flowers / new ideas and the duties. You will need an efficient quiet and very polite person, who is switched on at the same time. We are currently seeking a German speaking Cook that can also perform housekeeping duties for a wealthy private family in Vienna. Our client are a young, fun energetic couple, in their forties, involved in the finance and oil world   who enjoy a great lifestyle entertaining. Occasionally you will travel with them 10% of the time they travel.

Your duties would be to assist the Butler look after the household and  to work as a team, sharing the responsibilities of managing a household to a high standard and potentially cooking and driving, depending on your skills and managing the house.
