One of the leading 5* boutique resort in mauritius seeks an exceptional Resident Manager with Rooms Background, great flair and dynamic leadership skills.

Our client tends to select candidates who have a background in quality driven resort and choose leaders who who have suceeded in boutique resort environments. Essentially, as a candidate you must have proven leadership skills, outstanding creativity and ideally will be excellent business managers who know how to develop & create extra sales but also know how to control costs .

You must have all the necessary technical skills required for such a post.

We are looking for proven motivational leaders who can develop their and train & inspire their teams for the future. We can only shortlist french speaking candidates.
