One of the Caribbeans award winning & most beautiful boutique resorts, with two fantastic restaurants, breath taking factilities and Suites which account for over 50 rooms and potentially over 100 inhouse guests.

We seek a great inspirational Executive Chef who inspire & motivate a young local team to develop & maintain international standards potentially up to michelin star standard.

We seek a great chef who potentially has an outstanding reputation, possibly gained in the caribbean.

This is a great opportunity for a rising star, and is certainly not a job for a fading flower. We seek a chef with a great deal of patience and a can do attitude.

Probably to start very early mid to late July. Ideally single and ideally able to reduce their notice period.
