EXECUTIVE CHEF

TAIWAN - $60,000 BUT NEGOTIABLE

One of Taiwans great five star hotels is seeking an exceptional Executive Chef at the End of January 2008, or earlier, The hotel has over 600 rooms, 8 themed restaurants, room service, and conference and banqueting for over 2000 a day,

The ideal candidate will be able to deal with Complicated Jobs and tasks and will have to caterer for a over 4000 guests a day, but able to create a menu based upon guests likes, rather than their own creativity skills.

We see a chef who is capable of saying yes, with a can do attitude, What ever is asked, you your able to say yes. But also someone who is hard working and able to tackle daily problems and difficult situations in a calm professional way.

With a large degree of Patience required, you will have great culinary skills and be able to demonstrate your knowledge and skill set to our board of Directors who have enormous expectations and therefore, you must be able to take a lot of suggestions and requests from the Directors

The Local Team is not entirely skill full and therefore a great deal of training and direction is necessary, as well as more patience and great communication skills.
Ideally the right candidate will be Single or able to travel and work on single status. This is a role which requires a lot of patience with People and would not suit a chef who is temperamental.
